I started my own healing journey many years ago. I spent years in victimisation mode thinking that everything was happening to me, life felt unfair and I struggled with my emotions, trust and self worth.

A friend of mine was talking about her daughter who had overcome deep trauma using hypnotherapy. It resonated with me and I had nothing to lose after years of trying to use my mind to make sense of my feelings. After my first session I had a profound shift in my awareness. That one session changed the trajectory of my life and I knew in my heart this was something I wanted to bring to others. I trained with the world renowned Paul Mckenna through Mindvalley and  became a qualified Hypnotherapist I and have never looked back. I have been working with people to transform their lives and areas they never thought they could heal from. It fills my heart with joy when I see the profound changes and freedom my work brings to people. Unlike traditional talk therapies Hypnothery is powerful, fast and lasting. The impact on my own life has been so profound I have to share that with the people who need it most.
